Demo products are covered by a warranty of at least 1 year with the possibility of extension to 2 or even 3 years.
Laptop batteries are covered by a 6-month warranty, unless otherwise specified in the product page information, e.g. 1 year.
In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, then the device:
A. Repaired Free of charge and shipped with free shipping from our headquarters.
B. It is replaced with a new one in 90% of cases.
If the specific model is not available and in consultation with the customer, it can be replaced with another similar device.
C. In case the customer does not agree with the replacement of his device with another one of the same technical specifications, then a full refund will be sent to the Bank account that he will indicate to us.
The guarantee does not apply in case of:
1. You do not have the original document receipt
2. The damage was caused by accidents, difference or drop in current voltage, bad battery charge
3. The damage was caused by repair or modification of the device's operating system (firmware/bios)
4. The damage was caused by a virus
5. The damage was caused by moisture in the device
6. The silver machine opening safety tape has been removed

You have the right to return the product you purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days. Product returns will not be accepted unless we have been contacted either through the special return form or by phone.
