After completing your order, you will receive an email with your purchase details and an order code.

In case you do not receive the email, you may:

• you have not completed your order

• you have not entered your email correctly in the order form

• the email with the order details has been moved to spam

What are the available Shipping Methods?

Deliveries are made with the courier company ACS Courier.

Receive order from the store

You can pick up your order from our store (10 Kentrikis, Meliki Imathias 59031) from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Cost of transportation

10 euro shipping to Cyprus for all Laptops 

The shipping cost for desktop computers is €10 to €15 and is calculated during checkout process

*The cost of cash on delivery is €4

How do I cancel an order?

Can I return the product I have purchased?

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product.

If you have a Business within Europe and you are registered to VIES you can buy tax free our Products. We will need your Business Documents During Registration

Warranty

All our products have Warranty from 12 to 24 months.

In the event that repair is not possible, it will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.
